This is the process from when you make an inquiry to when the product is completed.

3D scanning

We will either receive the items to be scanned from you or come to you and scan them.

Reverse design creation

The scanned data is processed and corrected to complete the 3D data.

Stress Analysis

Upon request, we can also perform stress analysis, allowing us to check the strength of the finished product and whether it meets the requirements.

V-process casting: mold making

We create molds from 3D data. We can process molds of any size, from small to large, with detailed patterns and high precision.

V-process casting: film molding

A thin plastic film is heated and softened with a heater and then placed over a mold. The mold has tiny holes through which air is sucked in, allowing the film to adhere to the mold shape.

V-process casting: sand filling

Fill the formwork with sand.

V-process casting: demolding

The air inside the sand mold is sucked out and the mold is pulled up, creating a vacuum-pressured casting mold (sand mold).

V-process casting: Mold matching

Match the front and back of the product.

V-process casting: pouring

Aluminum melted to approximately 700°C is poured into a mold.

V-process casting: mold removal

The sand mold is returned from a vacuum state to normal pressure, the sand is broken up and the product is removed. When the suction is stopped and the pressure inside the mold flask is returned to normal, the sand breaks down and only the aluminum casting remains, and the casting is complete. Since no binder is used, the casting sand is free-flowing.<br /> This means there is no need to break up the mold, making it an environmentally friendly casting method.
