Meeting
Our sales and technical staff will meet with you to discuss your requests regarding design, function, materials, strength, use, quantity, size, painting, etc. Video conferencing using Zoom or other methods is also possible. If necessary, we will perform strength analysis, create perspective drawings, and create renderings (conceptual drawings).

Submit a quote
We will submit a quotation based on the contents of the meeting.<br /> Please check the contents.

3D Creation
We create 3D data from the shape and then design.

Model making
☆Upon request. Based on the 3D design data, we will create a model using a 3D printer.

Ordering
Your order will be confirmed.

Mockup Creation
We will create a life-size mock-up out of resin.

Casting prototype
☆Upon request. We will make a prototype based on the mold we created.

Manufacturing starts
If there are no problems with the prototype, we will begin production of the desired quantity using V-process casting.

Delivery of Materials
We will deliver the product to you.
