Happy Vietnamese Women’s Day 2026: With Gratitude to the Women of ASUZAC ACM
October 20 is Vietnamese Women’s Day. At ASUZAC ACM we observe this day with respect and sincere thanks to the women who work with us. Across the company their presence adds a quality of care and steadiness that supports the work we do as a manufacturer of cast aluminum products.
ASUZAC ACM is Japan’s leading aluminum casting manufacturer. We operate a high-quality factory that produces cast aluminum facade panels, outdoor furniture, gates, and architectural components. The women of our company contribute to this effort in many departments, and on this occasion we wish to honor that contribution.

Women at ASUZAC ACM serve in many departments. Their roles differ, yet each forms part of the whole. Some help maintain the internal order and well-being of the workplace. Others engage with clients and partners, bringing clarity and attentiveness to every conversation. Others stand at the center of production, where materials become finished products. In every area, their work is valued.
What is often noticed is the manner in which many of our female colleagues carry out their responsibilities. There is a consistent diligence, a readiness to attend to what is needed, and a sense of quiet responsibility. These qualities strengthen the company day by day. On Vietnamese Women’s Day we recognize both the tasks performed and the spirit with which they are performed.
The beauty of careful work
A particular beauty appears in the careful work done by women in production-related stages: processing, painting, quality control, packaging, and molding. Of the 122 people in the company, 35 are women—30% of our total workforce. Many of them bring this careful spirit to the stages that shape the final product.
There is grace in work done with attention. It can be seen in the steady preparation of a surface so that it is even and ready. It appears in the patient application of a coating, so that the finish lies smooth and complete. It is present in the focused inspection that confirms a part meets the required standard before it moves forward. It shows in the orderly way finished pieces are protected so they travel safely. And it is felt in the calm, accurate support given during molding, which helps the casting process remain stable.
These are repeated, precise actions rather than dramatic ones. Yet they protect quality at every step. A surface prepared with care accepts its coating more evenly. A coating applied with steadiness resists weather longer. An inspection carried out thoroughly keeps non-conforming parts from advancing. Packaging done with order preserves the finish. Support during molding that is accurate and composed helps the entire process stay consistent. The women who bring this meticulous attention to processing, painting, quality control, packaging, and molding help give our products their reliability.
Many of our female colleagues are known for being careful. They notice small things. They keep their areas tidy. They follow the process with consistency. There is dignity in that consistency—the dignity of work done thoroughly, day after day, so that the final product can meet the standard our clients expect. That careful spirit is part of the beauty of their contribution.
